Christmas Carols outside St Paul’s at the Crossing

Revd Emily led us in socially distanced carol singing outside at St Paul’s at the Crossing on Saturday 19 December 2020. People stopped to listen including some bus drivers at the bus station, and passers by joined in. It was a lovely idea and a good way to remind us of the Christmas message and to sing the carols that we were unable to sing in Churches. I want to thank Revd Emily and the other carol singers for turning up and bringing cheer to Walsall Town Centre. As well as carols we sang a rousing Jingle Bells for the children including John.

I presented Revd Emily with some presents to give out to children and families who may be unable to buy gifts this Christmas. Revd Emily is based in St. John’s Vicarage in Pleck.  You can visit St. John’s website here: https://www.stjohnspleckandbescotwalsall.com
