Claimant Rate in Walsall and Bloxwich

Figures published today show that in March 2026:

There were 6,065 claimants in Walsall and Bloxwich constituency, which was 7.7% of the population aged 16-64. The equivalent UK claimant rate was 4.0%.

Number of claimants was down 335 from last year.

There were 1,320 claimants aged 18-24.
