North Walsall Primary Academy Visit

I was delighted to visit North Walsall Primary Academy on Friday 2 May 2025. 

Mrs Khera showed me around the school and I met some of the children who visited Parliament last month. The children said they thoroughly enjoyed the education centre and the information they received about Parliament and the question and answer session with me. Year 6 were getting ready for their SATs in four days’ time and I wish them well.

I visited the rear gate and given the rubbish and the access via a tunnel, I support the Head, Mrs Khera, when she closed the gate. I was concerned to see that the flytipping at the main entrance had been set on fire. I will be reporting this to the Council.

I was pleased to hear Mrs Khera’s plans for a football pitch and saw the outdoor space for the younger children to use in all weathers.
