On 31 October 2018 I attended an event organised by the APPG for Diabetes to hear more about a disease that will affect five million people in the UK by 2025.
The event hosted representatives from the Association of British Clinical Diabetologists, the Primary Care Diabetes Society and trend UK among others. I spoke with experts in the field of diabetes and discussed with them the challenges of diabetes both nationally and in Walsall.
