“When I visited Dalkeith Street last week residents told me about the litter and the fly-tipping. Thanks to local activist Shokt Fiasal and Cllr Khizar Hussein, Walsall Council agreed to a super clean. The Clean and Green Service did a fantastic job of tidying up and clearing the street. This is what a Labour Council can do for residents. A Labour Government will ensure that locally raised income will stay with Councils. The average cut in the spending power of Walsall Council by the Coalition Government is £140.34 per household.”
