At Questions to the Leader of the House on Thursday 29 October 2015, I raised the Prime Minister's recent changes to the Ministerial Code:
On 28 October 2015 I voted for HM Opposition Labour Party motion calling on the Government to guarantee that no junior doctor will have their pay cut as a result of a new contract and calls upon Government to withdraw the threat of contract imposition. Unfortunately it was defeated by the Government: Ayes 260- Noes 301.
On Tuesday 27 October I tabled the EDM (Early Day Motion) 605 on the settlement of the dispute at the National Gallery which called on the Government to ensure that the reputation of this great cultural institution face no further threat.
On Monday 26 October 2015, I raised Sure Start Children’s Centres at Education Questions. I was called at No 6.
On Thursday 22 October 2015, I was granted an Adjournment Debate in the House of Commons on “Human Rights, Democracy and Elections in Burma”.
