On Thursday 2 April 2015 Valerie delivered her nomination papers to the Walsall's Electoral Registration Office.
On Wednesday 1 April 2015 Valerie stopped off at the upgraded Darlaston Road crossing with residents.
On Monday 30 March 2015 Valerie welcomed the Rt Hon Andy Burnham, Shadow Secretary of State for Health, to Walsall South to launch the campaign to be re-elected Member of Parliament with local councillors.
On Thursday 26 March 2015 Valerie voted against a motion by the Government to change the rules on electing Commons speaker.
On Wednesday 24 March 2015 the Rt Hon Norman Lamb MP, Minister of State for Care and Support, wrote to the Chief Executives of all the Acute Trusts in England to raise the aims of John’s Campaign following a meeting arranged by Valerie Vaz, Member of Parliament for Walsall South.
