On Tuesday 22 July 2025 I chaired the second debate in Westminster Hall on the Future of Gene Editing. The motion was a half hour debate proposed by Rt Hon Steve Barclay MP ( N.E Cambridgeshire) and the debate was responded to by the Minister for Food and Rural Affairs, Daniel Zeichner MP.
