I was pleased to attend an event at the High Commission of India to say farewell to Counsellor Ovessa Iqbal who has been posted to the UK for 2 years. Ovessa will now serve the mission in Turkey.   Members of the Indian and other Communities gathered to hear the High Commissioner HE Vikram Doraiswami set
