On Tuesday 25 October 2016, Charles Walker MP was granted the following Urgent Question: To ask the Leader of the House of Commons if he will make a statement on the Government’s response to the Procedure Committee’s second report of this Session on Private Members’ Bills and if he will provide time for that report to be debated.
On 20 October 2016, as Shadow Leader of the House, I started Business questions by calling for the Government to announce the forthcoming business.
On Friday 14 October 2016 I visited Merrions Wood, which received the prestigious Green Flag Award 2016/17, to raise the green flag. Preb Revd Martin Rutter (Trustee) and Friends Group Committee members, Bob Winkle (chair), Heather Allen and Carrie Rogers.
