I spoke in the debate in Westminster Hall on Wednesday 9 September 2015 to highlight the unfairness of the funding formula on the West Midlands. You can read my speech in full below:
I posed with The Emirates FA Cup at Parliament on Tuesday 8 September 2015 to show my support for breast awareness. The Football Association kindly donated the prestigious Emirates FA Cup for the event, which was held as part of a charity partnership with Breast Cancer Care.
At Justice Questions on Tuesday 8 September 2015, there were a number of questions listed on the Order paper relating to Education and Prisons.
Many of you have contacted me to ask that the ban on neonicotinoid pesticides is maintained. I wrote to the Secretary of State at DEFRA and I received a response from the Minister dated 17 July 2015 which gave no indication that the ban would be overturned.
A sunny Saturday afternoon on 15 August 2015 at Bentley Pavilions was the perfect setting for the first home game for Darlaston Town 1974 FC. Kington Town scored first but such was the spirit of the home team that a goal from Sammy Giles gave the home supporters a memorable 1-1 draw for their first game.
